BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING - 16th May 2007
Completed Registration Forms handed in and Initial Fees paid should be a priority of all Club Members.
If we are to fulfil all our commitments we need everyone to work together to kick start our season.
With over £270 raised at the Grangemouth 2K Fun Run the Broncos Committee have decided to earmark
these funds for shorts and socks to go with our new tops.
Charlie Ewing has placed an order for new Broncos Merchandise and will be on sale possibly in June.
Mobile phones will not be provided to Coaches as they feel it is not essential. If the cost of calls become
excessive the Club would consider re-imbursing business use on a case-by-case basis.
Coach Thomson will sit down with all Coaches to arrange fixtures.
The Club would like all Club Members to meet at the changing rooms every Saturday before training
commences. The use of the Car Park further up Inchyra Road (opposite the changing rooms) may be
more appropriate for dropping off and collection.
Recruitment through media and posters is still on-going.
A Club Newsletter is still being discussed and hopefully issued in time to sell our latest merchandise.
Emergency Contacts for all Coaches is still on-going.
List given ot all Coaches of those players registering for the 2007 Season.
Committee was saddened to hear that one of our finest (Scott Halbert) is to take up the circle sport (soccer)
and will be missed in 2007.
Agreement was reached that if a non-paid Coach decided to register as a Broncos Player he/she would not
be asked to pay a quarterly subscription fee.

LUCKY NUMBER SEVEN-TEEN FOR NFL
Although talks are extremely preliminary, the NFL is investigating adding a 17th Regular Season game
and playing it outside America. The extra game would take the place of one in the pre-season,
allowing every team to play once abroad without sacrificing a home game.
