BRONCOS WIN AND SHARE THE SUPER BOWL ... FLAG TOURNAMENT -
26th January 2003
The Broncos took part in an event run by Scott Couper
and the Scottish Claymores ... the
Super Bowl Flag 2003.
The Cadets and Juniors travelled by car to the Holyrood Sports Centre
in Glasgow - near Hampden Park.
The Cadets won all four of their Group games ... to become Super Bowl
Flag Champions 2003.
The Juniors won all three of their Group games but they also had to
face the Winners of the Second Group. The Junior Final was tight and
ended in a TIE thanks to the Broncos overcoming a 0-14 first-half
deficit ... levelling with seconds on the clock ... to become joint
Super Bowl Flag Champions 2003.
Well done to every member of both Squads.

Lewis then moved on to become Defensive Co-ordinator of the Washington

included 15 players from the AFC and 11 from the NFC. He was the only

BENGALS AND JAGUARS STARTING TO LOOK FOR NEW HEAD COACHES -
3rd January 2003
Ex-Jaguars Head Coach, Tom Coughlin, threw his hat into the ring for
the Bengals Head Coaching job on Friday night.
He has great respect for Mike Brown and the family.
The Bengals were also apparently very impressed with Coughlin's smooth
presentation of his competence and experience, which plays well for a
franchise trying to right itself quickly.
That comes three days after Redskins D-Co-ordinator, Marvin Lewis also
impressed the Browns with his fresh views combined with the broad
experiences of three different organisations.
Meanwhile ... Jacksonville have still not interviewed anyone as yet but
plan to soon.
PASS THE PARCELLS - 2nd January 2003
Bill Parcells, the two-time Super Bowl winner was hired three days

Giants, New England Patriots and NY Jets from losing records to the
Playoffs in two seasons.
He led the Giants to their only two Super Bowl victories, took the
Patriots to the NFL Title Game and the Jets to the AFC Championship
Game.
After leaving the Jets, Parcells said he never wanted to Coach again.
Still, he signed a contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year but
changed his mind.
