Youth Report:

On Saturday the Broncos had 3 teams visiting the Inchyra Corral ... the Titans, Cougars and Bulls.
After a wet start to the day the sun came out for the Youths second game of the day ...
and final game of their 2003 League campaign.
After watching the Titans beat the Bulls 33-32 ... a win against the Kirkcaldy outfit would see the Broncos back in contention for a trip to the SFFA Finals Day in October.
Within seconds of the start ... Alan intercepted the ball and ran it in for a Broncos TD.
Blair then stunned the Bulls by making it 14-0 soon after.
Things were looking up for the Youths as their confidence grew ... TDs were traded ... then the Broncos hit a purple patch as 3 TDs were gained without reply ... 32-13 at the half.
The Bulls came out fighting and reduced the deficit early on ... but ... then things went sour for Kirkcaldy.
QB Michael Craig was now in outstanding form ... finding Alan twice for 2 TDS ...
45-20 Broncos ... Game Over Bulls.
With a very lack-lustre Bronco performance last time ... we were seeing a totally different team ...
a focused ... well-drilled team ... the team was now living up to our early season predictions ...
Champions in the making.
The Bulls did pull back another TD ... but was once again cancelled out soon after by Blair.
Final Score ... 52-27 Broncos.
The Youths now have to wait on other results ... which could see them going from Champions ...
to failing to qualify for SFFA Finals Day due to a poorer points difference.
The Bronco Scorers were as follows ...
Alan Martin 4 TDs and 2 x 1pt Conversions ...
Blair McTague 3 TDs ...
Ryan McColgan 1 TD and a 1pt Conversion ... and last but not least ...
Stephen Myles with a 1pt Conversion.
QB Michael Craig was named MVP for the Youths.
