The Broncos Cadet Squad won both of their matches against
the Inverness Blitz A and Blitz B (Giants).
The Cadets beat the Blitz A in a more tightly contested game than the
31-18 scoreline would suggest, but had a much more comfortable time
against the Giants ... winning 51-12.
Scores from Fraser Thomson, James Muir, Sam Keir, Martyn Paterson and
Josh Keir boosted the scorelines.
James Muir who scored 4 TDs from 4 interceptions over the two games ...
was named MVP for the Cadets.
The Junior Squad had a tough assignment with three games
to play in a row.
The first saw them blow the Blitz B team away with an impressive 41-0
scoreline. A game in which
Peter MacAllister got his first ever TD.
The second was against the Moray Maniacs in which the Broncos won
33-14. Over 50 percent of the points coming from Mark O'Donnell ... 3
TDs and 1 PAT.
The third and final game of the day was against the Blitz A team ...
the Juniors running out 34-18 winners with Jonathan Ewing getting 3 TDs and
1 PAT.
Jonathan Ewing who scored 45 points over the three games ... was named
as overall MVP for the Juniors.
The day opened with the Senior and Youth Squads in action.
The Youth Squad had a comfortable win ... 59-6.
Scores from Blair McTague, Alan Martin, Ryan McColgan and Scott
Appelbee amongst others made for an impressive scoreline.

Two early scores from Seniors Player / Coach Jimmy Thomson quickly
calmed any first day nerves and solid Defense meant that the Broncos
were never in any real danger of losing the game.
3 TDs from Charlie Barratt and one each from Dave Mooney and James
Kerr gave the Broncos a final score of 45-25.
QB Paul Kelly for scoring on every drive ... was named
MVP for the Seniors.
